For many years I have provided legal advice and other services of particular interest to older people and their families, but in 1995 I set up my own practice. I now employ a team of legal and support staff who assist me to provide those services.
I offer specialised advice on asset protection, lasting powers of attorney, wills, probate and trusts, and also advice on funding for care and nursing during old age.
Our professional memberships include Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Probate Section of the Law Society.
