For many years Jennifer Margrave provided legal advice and other services of particular interest to older people and their families, but in 1995 she set up her own practice and built up a team of legal and support staff to assist. Jennifer then took on partners in 2010 to ensure a natural succession.
We offer specialised advice on asset protection, lasting powers of attorney, wills, probate and trusts, and also advice on funding for care and nursing during old age.
We also manage the affairs of those who have nobody else to do so; acting either under a power of attorney or being appointed by the Court. Our professional memberships include Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Private Client Section of the Law Society, and Surrey County Council's Buy with Confidence and Support with Confidence schemes
